Jake Walnut

Despite growing up on the mountain, fifteen plus years of snowboarding experience didn’t leave Jake Walnut with enough skill on a snowboard to make it to the big show. However, his child’s dream crushed, he still had his strong passion for writing. Nowadays, Jake is a full-time freelance writer working with a variety of leading blogs, startups, small businesses, and the occasional print magazine and newspaper. He still finds plenty of time to hit the mountain in the winter and, hey, he gets to work from home so he doesn’t have to call in sick whenever a morning begins with news of fresh snow.
